1. The contract between the buyer (you)& seller (us)
We must receive payment of the whole of the price of the goods that you order inc postal charges before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order within 24hrs. containing full information on the item you have purchased

2. Prices
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website.
You may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out in our website when you place your order.

3. Delivery of goods to you.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. mygadgets4u are a dropship company and not all items are kept in stock and have to be ordered.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 28 days of your order being placed.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. We offer a 28 day guarantee on all items after that please contact the product manufacturer.

4. Liability
Returns Policy
Under Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to a 7 day cooling-off period. However, mygadgets4u must receive IN WRITING your intention to return the item within 7 working days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unopened and it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is kept in good condition until returned. Please note that any software item that has been opened is EXCLUDED and your order cannot be cancelled.

All products are checked before dispatch and sealed. However, if you believe you have received faulty goods you may return your purchase for an exchange less shipping within 28 days. The return shipping charges are not refundable and must by paid by the customer. You must return the merchandise to us within 28 days of receipt in its original packaging. To qualify for an exchange the faulty product must be free of faults caused by accidental damage, neglect or misuse. Any product that needs to be returned has to be sent back to us (You will pay the postage costs) and we will check the product and if it is faulty then it will be replaced (this could be up to 28 days after item/s returned). If there is nothing wrong however and the goods are perfectly ok and work then they will be returned back to you.
The article must not be damaged in any way. The original paypal or google receipt must accompany the goods.We advise that items should be returned by registered post or insured. mygadgets4u will not be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Either a refund or credit note will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. All refunds will be made to the account used in your purchase within 14 days of return being accepted.
We do NOT charge a ree stocking fee unlike other webshops or sellers.
