All packages will be posted free via Royal mail Recorded delivery 1^st class in padded envelopes or box’s and proof of posting is always obtained. (recorded delivery gives us and paypal proof of posting)

Please allow up to 72hrs delivery via Royal mail but most items posted should be with you within 24hrs.

If an item is lost or damaged then you must contact royail mail HERE and fill out a claim form,if you have ordered "special delivery" then the item is trackable and should be with you before 1300hrs the following day or your money back(delivery only).

If you purchase after 1400hrs on Friday then every effort will be taken to post Saturday but please allow more time and package should be with you by the Tuesday.

Items purchased on Saturday afternoon & Sunday will be posted on the Monday.

A.This is due to not carrying much stock thus reducing cost which is then pasted onto you,the customer.

Q.Why do some items take so long to arrive?
A.We have suppliers all over the world and check prices for the lowest at the end of each day and that's where they will be sent from if not in stock.

Q.Can i order in bulk?
A.yes you can just click on the "wholesale tab" at the top of the page.

Q.What payment methods do you have and are they secure?
A.We use paypal and google checkout only and these are very secure.

Q.Why should I pay via Paypal?
A.PayPal is owned by eBay. The advantage of using PayPal is as a customer the merchant never gets to see any of your financial information.

Q.How can you afford to send "free postage"
A.we order from our supplier who then delivers to you the customer,if in stock you can add"special delivery" as mygadgets4u do not except responsibility for lost or damaged items sent through royal mail.

Q.Why do some items arrive within 48hrs?
